演讲人: Yunyun Nie女士, 德国GERSTEL有限公司 (语言:汉语)

不溶解萃取是一种环保的样本制备技术,近年来得到了迅速发展。因其省时省力、成本低,且无需溶剂、样本量小而受到了广泛的欢迎,是实验室和工业研发的首选。该方法还具有高回收率、高灵敏度和低检测限制的特征。本讲座的第一部分将介绍几个不溶解萃取技术,如顶空 (HS)分析、 固相微萃取 (SPME)、搅拌棒吸附萃取(SBSE)、试验箱排放测试(chamber emission testing)和热解。 接下来的两个演示详细介绍动态顶空(DHS)技术和热脱附(TD)两大技术,着重讲解它们在食品、调料盒香料(FFF)或材料测试与定性方面的实用性和有效性。最后一场演示将由中山大学的欧阳教授介绍自动微萃取方面的最新进展。

拓展动态顶空(DHS)技术的范围: Xiao Li博士, GERSTEL LLP, 新加坡 (语言:汉语)

本讲座将介绍两个拓展DHS技术的方法:完全蒸发技术 (FET)和多挥发方法 (MVM)。相比传统的HS、DHS、和SPME方法,FET能通过完全蒸发混合溶液提升化合物的挥发范围。MVM方法则采用序列DHS取样方法分析水性样本中的VVOC、VOC和 SVOC类物质,并可用于挥发性范围广泛的化合物 (蒸气压从 ~ 0.0001 到120 kPa)。讲座将演示如何用DHS, FET和MVM技术在sub-ppb到ppm水平上分析茶、咖啡、洗发水和奶粉的芳香化合物。

TD相关技术: Eike Kleine-Benne博士, GERSTEL GmbH & Co.KG, 德国 (语言:英语)

热脱附(TD)是一种用于气相色谱分析的样本萃取和进样技术。本讲座主要介绍该方法在材料定性中的使用。例如,通过VOC和SVOC检测筛选内饰材料 (汽车或建筑),对PM2.5过滤器中的颗粒直接进行热萃取等。讲座还将涉及如何使用全自动小型排放筛选试验箱确定建筑和隔热材料的VOC及SVOC排放。最后,讲座将全面回顾如何用热解方法定性聚合物和非挥发材料。


基于GERSTEL MPS系统的全自动微萃取技术: Gangfeng Ouyang博士,中山大学,中国 (语言:汉语)

快速、自动化和不溶解是目前样本制备技术的三大趋势。在本研究中,我们采用GERSTEL MPS系统实现全自动微萃取技术,包括顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)及GC/MS和HPLC方法等,实现了样本萃取、进样和分析的全自动。通过优化萃取条件,本改进方法具有分析时间短、检出限低 (LODs)的优点,并能够用于SPME及HPLC和GC/MS方法。MPS能够很方便地用于环境和食品分析。

    Dr. Gangfeng Ouyang is Professor of School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Sun Yat-sen University, Director of the Institute of Environmental Chemistry, and Director of the Research Center for Microextraction and Separation Technology. He is the winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholar, Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC), the Youth Leading Talent in Technological Innovation of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Distinguished professor of “Zhujiang Scholar”. Dr. Ouyang’s research primarily focuses on environmental analytical chemistry and fundamental studies and applications of microextraction technology. He has published more than 100 papers in different refereed journals and obtained more than 2000 citations. Currently, he is the contributing editor of Trends in Analytical Chemistry and an editorial board member of Analytica Chimica Acta, Microchemical Journal, Environmental Chemistry and the Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry

    Dr. Li Xiao joined GERSTEL LLP Singapore as an application chemist in 2013 where he is responsible for running the applications laboratory for GERSTEL LLP and supporting GERSTEL customers’ applications in South East Asia and China. He holds a Ph.D. degree in food science from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a bachelor’s degree in biological science from Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

    Yunyun Nie joined GERSTEL GmbH & Co. KG as an application chemist in the R&D department in 2010. In the beginning of 2015 she became a technical product managerfor project management.She specializesinstir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) andmaterial emissions (direct thermal extraction and chamber methods). She holds a MSc. Degree in chemistry and water science from University Duisburg-Essen (Germany) and a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Shanghai University (SHU).

  • Dr. Eike Kleine-Benne

    GERSTEL

    Dr. Eike Kleine-Benne joined GERSTEL GmbH & Co. KG as an R&D project manager in 2000. Since 2015 he has lead the technical product management group and is alsodeputy head of R&D. In 2004 he earned a Ph.D. in chemistry from University of Muenster (Germany).
