To participate in analytica China, please complete and sign our application form . Based on the information provided on the form, we will check to see if your company is eligible to participate as an exhibitor. If so, we will send you a stand proposal.

When you submit your application, it only concerns stand space at analytica China. It automatically includes the mandatory entry in the exhibitor directory (online and event directory), a basic entry in the show catalog as well as worker and exhibitor passes. You will be invoiced separately for any additional charges incurred (e.g. stand construction, technical services, advertising materials). All invoices should be paid immediately upon receipt.

As soon as you submit your application form, a stand proposal will be sent to you within the next few days. Please make sure that your application form is complete and includes all required information. Thank you.

• 9 to 17 square meters—5 exhibitor passes
• 18 to 35 square meters—10 exhibitor passes
• 36 to 54 square meters—25 exhibitor passes
• 55 to 100 square meters—35 exhibitor passes
• 101 to 400 square meters—50 exhibitor passes
• More than 400 square meters—50 exhibitor passes (maximum)

Please note that the payment date indicated on the payment notice is the deadline. After submitting the application form, 50% of the exhibition fee must be paid upon receipt of the advance payment notice. The balance shall be paid no later than the registration deadline.

• Exhibitors may register co-exhibitors at their stand. The application form for co-exhibitors must be completed and signed by the main exhibitor.
• The application fee is RMB 1,600 for each co-exhibitor or additionally represented company admitted. The main exhibitor will be invoiced for this fee. The minimum catalog and Internet entry is free of charge and includes the company name, hall and stand number.
• Addition services man be ordered using a separate order form in the exhibitor's manual.
• All co-exhibitors have the same advantages as main exhibitors and will be listed separately as exhibitors in the exhibition catalog and in the online exhibitor directory.

• To promote your products and company image before the trade fair even begins, please use our Online Exhibition center . You can create your own exhibitor homepage with your company profile, company news and product information.
• Equipment and furnishings for your stand and any marketing or other services that are related to participating in analytica China can be ordered directly online—simply check the "Exhibitor Manual" to find the relevant contacts to order.
• In addition, you can also upload and edit all of your company information, including your company logo, company profile, product presentations, press releases and so on. This tool is also an important platform that allows you to invite customers, submit orders and download important information. You will receive your personal access codes (login and password) after submitting your application form. If you no longer have them or are having difficulties logging in, please contact us .
• For additional services, take advantage of our network of reliable service partners on-site .

For cancellation within 2 months from the first day of the exhibition, 100% of the exhibition fee will be charged.

The visitor pre-registration via the internet can be found here. You can also register upon arrival at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

• Please open your personal account by entering an e-mail address. Enter your information and answer a few brief questions. Please print out the confirmation letter after successful pre-registration and bring it to “Pre-registration Counter” on-site to claim your badge.
• You are also able to register for colleagues or recommend the show to friends.
