Nuohai Life Science was established in 2017 and was recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise in 2020. We provides one-stop scientific research services for tissue clearing, immunofluorescence labeling, high-resolution large tissue 3D imaging, image analysis and data storage.Nuohai LS18 tiling light sheet microscope was independently designed and developed by Nuohai Life Science, which can visualize high-resolution 3D structures of various intact animal tissues and organs such as mouse brain, heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, spinal cord, placenta, bone, breast, pancreas, muscle ,tumor and so on. The “tiling light-sheet SPIM technique” excellently overcome the conventional SPIM trade-off between the spatial resolution, optical sectioning capability and FOV. Nuohai LS18 tiling light sheet microscope meets the demands of high-throughput, high locating accuracy of fluorescence imaging analysis which is widely used in brain science, oncology, drug research and development, stem cell research, tissue embryology and other fields.
In addtion,nanoparticle carriers can be produced by microfluidic technology, which is realized through the device sold by Nuohai Life Science. The carriers can cover various small molecules, including chemical molecules, mRNA, siRNA, DNA, and etc. from low to high flux, which makes it suitable for preclinical research and clinical manufacturing. Meanwhile, markers can be added on the surface of nanoparticle to manufacture targeted medicines. Currently, Nuohai Life Science has provided drug preparation service for many well-known pharmaceutical companies in China and has clinical application cases.
