These beads can quickly isolate nucleic acid under the condition of high salt and low pH in the solution by hydrophobic interaction, hydrogen-bond and electrostatic interaction with proteins and other contents in biological samples.

BeaverBeads™ for DNA/RNA Extraction kit comprises superparamagnetic beads and pre-made buffer for rapid and efficient enrichment and isolation of nucleic acids from biological samples (blood, plasma, saliva, feces, etc.). The amount and purity of the extracted nucleic acid are stable and the nucleic acid can be used in subsequent experiments such as PCR amplification, sequencing and detection.
