The high-throughput micro upgrade drop culture omics system (MISS cell omics system) is a miniaturized high-throughput single cell culture and sorting equipment developed based on liquid Microfluidics technology. It can realize the isolation and culture of environmental flora at the single cell level, and select and store them in porous plates to form a double backup. A single run can process approximately 5000 droplets (500 clones), which are stored in a high permeability pipeline for incubation (0-8 days) after generation. Finally, optical signals (OD, fluorescence, chemiluminescence, etc.) are used for detection and sorting, and directly distributed to porous plates.
